Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

a. Vendor prequalification

b. Pre-bid post-bid meetings and coordination

c. Analysis and recommendation of biddings

d. Dissemination of drawings, specifications, etc. to all relevant parties

e. Compilation of contracts

f. Verification of work done for COP, invoices, etc. (evaluation and certification).

g. Preparation of COP

h. Variation orders, CMFI recommendation to client

i. Involved in insurance claims, delays, penalties, liquidated damages

j. Involved in Final Statement of Accounts and documentation handover

k. To carry out all other works as and when instructed by Project Managers or Project Directors

ou shall also have a working knowledge of HVAC works, electrical cabling/wiring, cleanroom installation, firefighting works, process piping, BMS, instrumentation & control, etc.

m. You are expected to liaise with MEP Coordinator on verification of works carried out prior to preparation of COP, invoices, etc.

n. You shall assist the Project Managers and feedback information to him on a regular basis. You are also expected to liaise with the Project Director on all matters of importance (eg. site progress, site problems, etc)

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Quantity Surveyor

- At least 5 years' experience in the related field

- Initiative and has good problem solving skills

- Organised and meticulous

- Must be able to work at site at SILC Nusajaya

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1.00 per month
