Job Description
Responsibilities :- \xe2\x80\xa2 Taking off/measurement/Prepare BQ (Structural/Architectural/Civil/ID) \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing monthly progress claim, VO, quotation, etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare & assess sub-con progress claim \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare project preliminary costing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare final account & etc. Requirements :- \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum requirement Diploma/Degree holder in Q.S / building construction or 1-2 years of working experience in construction. (Fresh graduate encourage to apply) \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible in pre & post contract stage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Capable to work independently with minimum supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicants must be willing to work in Miri. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to converse in Chinese will be an advantage Interested candidates please send in your resume to sinsianghaimiri@gmail.com or call Tel : 085 662788 to arrange interview during working hours.
