Diploma / Degree graduate in Engineering, Management and Marketing related field.
Possesses own transport
Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa.
Candidate preferable to speak and write in Mandarin due to job scope needed.
Have knowledge on Microsoft system.

Responsibilities

value management
cost control and financial management.
Valuation of construction work, including interim payment and final account, advises and estimates a payable amount to the contractor and sub-contractor for the owner.
tendering, prepare the tender documents required for tendering for the owner, such as contract documents, bill of quantities, tender report, etc.
contractual advice
Procurement methods, according to the nature and category of each project, select the appropriate contract form and tender form.
preliminary cost advice
project management
facility management
