Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in construction or consultancy.
Strong knowledge of BQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS-related software.
Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Tanggungjawab
Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and bill of quantities (BQ).
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in contract negotiations.
Monitor project cost control, budgeting, and financial progress.
Conduct site measurements and verify material quantities.
Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
Ensure all cost-related documentation is accurate and up to date.
