Preparation of project budget.
Check MR.
Monitor vendor evaluation.
Submit project claims (main contract).
Prepare sub-contractor certificates.
Prepare cost monitoring reports.
Attending consultant request and comment.
Do any ad hoc task assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
At least Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveyor / Civil Construction / Building.
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
QUARRY EXPERIENCE ALSO AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
Age between 20 years to 35 years.
Physically fit to work.
Have the ability of computer literate, fast learning and active person.
Strong communication ability is needed.
Have skills on negotatiation and budget planning.
