Kelayakan
Job Requirements:
At least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
At least five (3) years working experience as Quantity Surveyor in related field.
Excellent time management to meet multiple deadline and work under pressure.
Outstanding analytic skill and coordination skill.
Tanggungjawab
Quantity Surveyor
Responsible in the overall contract administration, preparation of contract, project estimate and
tender, monitoring and control of construction cost
Preparation of contracts agreements including draft tenders and awards; be part of every tender
exercise
Procure the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the
project
To perform building material estimation for each project and take site measurements;
Assessment of contractor's claim.
Preparation for Project Budget, Progress Claim , final account and final details Bill of Quantities
(BQ)
To do work evaluation and process claim preparation and submission.
To prepare related reports and manage necessary paperwork for the team.
