Key Responsibilities

Report directly to the Board of Directors.

Manage pre- and post-contract duties, including tender exercises and preparation of main contractor claims.

Attend tender briefings and site progress meetings.

Liaise and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.

Support the Contracts Department and work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with Main Contractor background essential.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.

Skilled in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Must possess own transport.

Remuneration & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM 4,500 - RM 5,500

EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Parking allowance

5-day work week (must be prepared to work on Saturdays if required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
