Project Site : Pasir Gudang, Johor

Able to start work immediately

Valid CIDB Green Card

Assist in measuring and recording quantities of blasting and painting works completed.

Maintain daily records of surface preparation areas, paint application, and material consumption.

Collect data from site supervisors and painters for progress tracking.

Help prepare daily progress reports and quantity updates.

Support in preparation of work completion sheets and quantity verification documents.

Assist in compiling documentation for invoicing, variations, and claims.

Keep track of manpower, equipment usage, and productivity data.

Coordinate with the site team for updates and approvals.

Ensure proper filing and organization of all QS-related records and reports.

Working days & Hour : Monday to Saturday (8.00am - 5.00pm)

Requirements :

Diploma or certificate in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in a QS clerk or site documentation role, preferably in blasting & painting or construction projects.

Basic knowledge of surface preparation and industrial painting processes is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Good attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

Able to work at site and coordinate with multiple teams.

Familiarity with measurement units (m, liters, microns, etc.) used in coating works.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
