- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor (a must)
- 2 - 3 years of working experience in QS would be an added advantage
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to be based at Melaka
- To take off quantities and preparation of tender submission
- Call quotation from subcontractor prior to subcontractor selection award
- Prepare comparison of quotations
- Prepare progress claim for main contractor and subcontractor
- Organize and manage all corresponding letter and drawing
- Assist project manager in regards of contract issues
- To liaise closely with purchaser prior to budget control
- Any other related tasks assigned from superior from time to time
- Permanent role
- 5 working days per week
