Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in quantity surveying.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin would be added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to take direction both positive and negative feedback.
• Willing to work in Kota Damansara.

Job responsibilities:
Cost Estimation & Budget Management

• Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications, including materials, labor, and overheads.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Tendering & Contract Administration

• Assist in the tender process, including preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ), pricing documents, and evaluation of contractor bids.
• Manage contractual matters, including progress claims, variations, and final accounts in line with project requirements.

Project Coordination & Documentation

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers to align project execution with cost and design objectives.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including material requisitions and cost reports, ensuring transparency and traceability.
