Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and project budgets.
Evaluate, negotiate, and manage subcontractor claims and contracts.
Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with budget.
Prepare and review tender documents and participate in tendering processes.
Assist in procurement processes, including material sourcing and supplier coordination.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, company policies, and industry standards.
Provide detailed cost reports and progress updates to management.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience
in construction, geotechnical, or civil projects.
Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
