Senior Quantity Surveyor (1 vacancy) Assistant Quantity Surveyor (1 vacancy)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately estimate project costs by analyzing project plans, drawings, and specifications. Prepare tender documentation, including BQ and tender specifications. Administer construction contracts and ensure that all parties adhere to the contract terms and conditions. Manage and assess contract variations, change orders, and related contractual documentation. Ensure that construction work aligns with specified quality standards and complies with regulatory requirements. Conduct regular quality inspections and audits as needed to maintain high project quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum

2 - 5 years of experience

as a Quantity Surveyor, with a track record of handling complex projects. Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools. Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, contractors, and clients.

Other Requirements:

Required to travel outstation to project sites as needed.
