Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Required skill(s): AutoCad.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is a plus

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Job responsibilities:
Preparation of Project Budget and materials quantities required
Monitoring of materials wastage
Liase with Consultants, Quantity Surveyor and Architect
Responsible in taking off quantity, claim preparation, site valuation, variation orders, sub-contractors award and final account
Establish database for costs, materials and supply sources
Responsible in Pre/Post contract operations and contract administration
Assist in tender pricing and documents
Working Days: Monday- Friday (8.30am- 6.00pm)
Saturday- Sunday (Off Day)
