Prepare project progress claim - Responsible for site measurement
To coordinate with contractors and site personnel
Responsible for tender costing and tender documentation
Responsible for taking off quantities, variation orders and project cost control
To provide material requirements and schedule
Skills & qualification
At least Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Fresh graduates or candidates with working experience in the M&E construction related field
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Good communication skills, outgoing personality, aggressive & able to work under minimum supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
