We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our construction company as a Quantity Surveyor. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in our construction projects, ensuring accurate cost estimation, monitoring project expenses, and providing valuable support to the contract department.

Job Requirements: * Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Previous work experience in quantity surveying or construction is preferred but not mandatory.
• Solid understanding of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation techniques, and construction contracts.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Positive attitude, open to multitasking, multiple tasks deadline and resourceful.
• Good ability to use Microsoft Office software especially Microsoft Excel.

Tanggungjawab

Job Responsibilities: * Assist in coordination of procurement exercise, which include calling of tender, review tender report, attend tender interview, negotiate and finalise award.

• Carry out site valuation and process interim progress claim on monthly basis.
• Monitor and track project expenses, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Contribute to the preparation and submission of progress reports, cost forecasts, and valuations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in conducting regular site visits to measure and record progress, verify quantities, and assess variations against the original contract.
• Collaborate with project teams to review and negotiate change orders, variations, and claims, ensuring accurate cost assessment and documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project costs, including invoices, payment certificates, and variations.
• To jointly carry out and assisting superiors to complete all Contractual Deliverable during Pre and Post Contract of a construction project.
