- Degree in Quantity Surveyor / Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 3 years track record in a similar capacity.
- Sound experience in Contract admin and Procurement role.
- Strong negotiation skill.
- Have knowledge in tender/subcontract procedures.
- Good in planning and organizing skill.
- Able to work independently and self motivated.
- Have good communication skill and strong problem solving skill.
- Good working attitude.
- Take charge of procurement of building materials.
- To prepare, manage and evaluate Subcontractor, Letter Awards and other related documents.
- To check and evaluate Subcontractor\'s progress claims, Supplier\'s bills and recommend for payment.
- To prepare evaluation and analysis of tenders/quotations and recommend for approval.
- Responsible for taking-off quantities and preparation of bills of quantities.
- Responsible for tender costing and tender documentation.
- Calling for quotation and Preparation of project budgets and cost estimation.
- Coordinate with site project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time, project cost control, etc.
- Responsible to attend joined valuation and final measurement.
- Liaison with clients and sub-contractors.
