Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
- Preferably 2 or 3 Year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required language(s): Mandarin / English or Both
Responsibilities
- Understand and Interpret engineering drawings and specification for quotation.
- Communicate with various parties such as Sub-Contractor, Suppliers, and Vendors.
- Undertake the cost analysis and select the competitive option for quotation.
Assess variation orders, prepare interim valuations, cost plans and budget studies for on-going project.
- Evaluate costing comparison for material and labour.
- Attendance of site, technical meeting and progress meeting.
- Able to work independently, with a sense of responsibility and a positive attitude
