Requirements

• Malaysian ONLY
• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Language required: Mandarin & English
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quantity surveying
• Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Conducting cost estimation for construction projects
• Preparing tender documents and bills of quantities
• Monitoring project costs and ensuring adherence to budgets
• Variation Order evaluation
• Site checking
