Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Cost Management

: Develop and manage cost plans, project budgets, and financial forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation

: Prepare tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BQ), contracts, and legal tender documentation.

Contract Administration

: Issue payments to contractors, process invoices, manage variations, and handle claims and disputes.

Academic Requirement

Bachelor of Quantity Surveying
Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
