Assists Quantity Surveyor in overall operation of QS & Contract Department such as tendering process, contract administration, costing and budgeting.
Ensures operational work processes and documentations compliance with the company's Quality Management System.
Ensures all project budgets are prepared timely, construction costs and variation orders are controlled within the budget.
Checks and evaluate on progress claims and final accounts.
Liaising with contractors, consultants and other relevant parties involved in the project.
