- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Excel, Word, AutoCAD.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Earthwork & Infrastructure
- Pre and cost contract management including tender, estimation, progress claim, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and consultants, sourcing and calling for a quotation for comparison.
- Cost estimation, quantity take-off, and claim preparation.
- Willing to travel and work outstations. Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision. Prefer a candidate who possesses of own transport as site visit.
