Collaborative Coordination: Working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure costeffective project delivery.
Quantity Takeoff: Quantifying and measuring the quantities of materials required for construction based on architectural and engineering drawings.
Final Account Settlement: Evaluating and settling the final account of a project, including variations and claims.
