Job Description

:

Cost Estimation: Estimating the costs of materials, labor, and equipment required for a construction project.

Tender Preparation: Preparing detailed tender documents, including bills of quantities and specifications, for bidding purposes.

Contract Administration: Assisting with contract negotiations, preparing contract documents, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

Risk Management: Assessing and managing risks associated with project costs, such as changes in scope, unforeseen events, and contractual disputes.

Cost Reporting: Generating regular cost reports and providing financial updates to project stakeholders.

Collaborative Coordination: Working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure costeffective project delivery.

Quantity Takeoff: Quantifying and measuring the quantities of materials required for construction based on architectural and engineering drawings.

Final Account Settlement: Evaluating and settling the final account of a project, including variations and claims.

Others task assigned by superior/director related and relevant to projects/ contracts.

Assign in Plan, monitor and manage project schedule k. Evaluate subcontractor bids for cost, compliance, and completeness

Requirement :

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Quantity Surveying

- 3-7 Years Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
