QES RENOVATION PLT (Specialist in Tiling?
At least a recognized Diploma in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
At least 1yrs experience
Self-motivated, initiative, and independent with good interpersonal skills.
Good communication and technical reporting skills.
Possess good numerical skills and sharp analytical thinking.
Prefer can communicate in Malay / English
Ability to use AutoCAD software is essential
Responsible for the full scope of work related to tenders, including preparing and managing claims for both main contractors and subcontractors
Site visits required as needed
Location? Taman Meranti Jaya Puchong
Working day : Monday - Friday (8.30am to 5.30am)
We are specialized in Screed and Tiling, primarily serving high-rise developments and landed property projects
