1. Prepare progress claims and monthly progress report.
2. To verify subcontractors' claims and prepare certifications accordingly.
3. To prepare taking off quantities and material inquiries.
4. To conduct site measurements and joint valuations when required.
5. To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 - 5 years of QS experience in construction.
Based in office but must be willing to travel to project sites as required.
Possess own transport.
Candidate must possess basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
