Reviews letter of appointments, contract drawings and documents and to highlight any deviation from the tender
Post contract management and on-going projects for measurement, prepare preliminary costing, evaluation of interim claim, final account, budgetary control, monitor materials, construction cost, procurement, site valuation, variation order etc
Follows up effectively on payment certificate and payment with the clients
Certifies sub-contractor\'s claims based on site progress and quantity
To liaise and coordinate with project site team on project progress, cost control, variations and contractual matters.
