s:1. Assist Contract Manager and Project Manager in contract administration.2. Prepare quotations, pre-qualification documents and tender documents3. Handle pre-contract and post contract activities.4. Prepare and submit progress claims, variation order and final accounts to client.5. Evaluate progress claims and final accounts from subcontractors.6. Perform contract administration, procurement, monthly cost reporting and tracking of on-going project.7. Manage project costing including payment claims, variations and final accounts.8. Prepare sub-contractors\xe2\x80\x99 selection and award matters.Requirements:1. Degree or Diploma holder in Quantity Surveyor/building or any construction related fields.2. Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.3.
