Summary:

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of construction projects during the pre-construction and tender stages

Goals Achievements:

Prepared detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents. Assisted in developing tender strategies, pricing models, and risk assessments. Identified potential cost risks and proposed mitigation strategies. Prepared tender reports, cost analyses, and recommendations for management. Maintained accurate records of all tender submissions, variations, and correspondence. Assisted in the preparation of contractual documents and agreements. Attended meetings and presented findings/reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirement:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (construction, civil and structural engineering). 1-2 years of exposure and working experience as Quantity Surveyor or equivalent. Experience in Construction or related industries are strongly preferred. General interest in waterproofing specialization. Communicate effectively with Management and all other levels of employees. Familiarity with computer systems and software's i.e. Microsoft, AutoCAD.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
