JOB DESCRIPTION :

Review and analyze the requirement and specifications of tender document.
Handling pre, post contractual matters as well as final accounts.
Responsible for overall tendering, measurement verification and contracts administration.
Able to handle tender from A to Z including identifying suitable sub-contractor to submit quotation.
Ensure all tenders are submitted in a timely manner.
Able to check, prepare and submit progress claim accurately and timely.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in quantity surveying or a relevant field.
A minimum of 3-4 year\'s experience in quantity surveying.
Have a good knowledge of construction materials and methods.
Good knowledge in project costing.
Self-motivated, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills
Candidate who are able to start work immediately are preferred.
