Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3-4 year\'s experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Have a good knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• Good knowledge in project costing.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
• Candidate who are able to start work immediately are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze the requirement and specifications of tender document.
• Handling pre, post contractual matters as well as final accounts.
• Responsible for overall tendering, measurement verification and contracts administration.
• Able to handle tender from A to Z including identifying suitable sub-contractor to submit quotation.
• Ensure all tenders are submitted in a timely manner.
• Able to check, prepare and submit progress claim accurately and timely.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
