Job Description

Assist in the preparation of tender pricing documents, cost estimates, and related submissions. Conduct site measurements, perform quantity take-offs, and source for quotations Prepare, evaluate, and verify main contractor and subcontractor progress claims, variation orders and final accounts. Prepare, implement, and monitor project costing to ensure alignment with approved budgets and profitability targets. Liaise with clients, consultants, site managers, project managers, and site engineers to ensure smooth project execution and coordination. Prepare project budgets and determine quantities of materials required according to project specifications. Monitor materials usage and wastage to ensure cost efficiency and proper control. Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity within the construction industry. Good knowledge of contract administration, cost estimation, and progress claims. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant software. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines. Possess a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
