Prepare, evaluate, and verify main contractor and subcontractor progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
Prepare, implement, and monitor project costing to ensure alignment with approved budgets and profitability targets.
Liaise with clients, consultants, site managers, project managers, and site engineers to ensure smooth project execution and coordination.
Prepare project budgets and determine quantities of materials required according to project specifications.
Monitor materials usage and wastage to ensure cost efficiency and proper control.
Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned by management from time to time.
