Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates for upcoming projects.
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Evaluating and negotiating Contractor bids and contracts.
- Monitoring project progress and costs, ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Providing financial advice and cost control throughout projects.
- Conducting risk assessments and value management to optimize project outcomes.
- Collaborating closely with engineers, architects and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction or developer industry.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
