Quantity Surveyor The Employer is from Kuala Lumpur and seconded to Papua New Guinea Contract Duration 2 years Food, Accommodation and Transport Provided Salary Range USD3000-3500 Working Days and Hours Monday to Saturday 8-12 & 2 to 6 , Sunday Rest day Jobs Description responsible for the work related to inspection and valuation of completed work, contract costs, external business affairs and regulatory affairs Implement various business, regulatory, contract and risk management systems. Responsible for subcontracting, internal contracting, construction progress reports and carry out carious contract signing, cost forecasting, analysis and changes, claims and other tasks for the project Organize the review of project quantities and prepare project cost plan Responsible for all matters related to project and business regulations, and organize legal and regulatory training for project staffs Requirement Bachelor\'s Degree in related studies with minimum 3 years of working experience in related industry Familiar with corporate management culture, proficient in relevant professional knowledge and work process and have an understanding of overseas construction related laws, regulation and rules Good interpersonal and communication skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 24 months Salary: RM8,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month Benefits:
