Company Description PLM Interiors Sdn Bhd is a premium occupancy specialist providing specialized and high-quality interior fit-out services for complex commercial spaces. The company was formed in 2006 by a group of like-minded professionals with extensive local knowledge of the industry. PLM Group consists of four companies, including PLM Interiors, PLM Engineering, PLM Johor Bahru, and PLM Solutions. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Ampang but with flexibility for some remote work. The Pre Tender Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with tender cost preparation, value engineering exercise. The Quantity Surveyor will collaborate with the project team to ensure the full tender submission incl technical proposal. Qualifications Expertise in interior construction accurate cost estimation, preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantity), value engineering and associate works Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team Knowledge of building material Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software Bachelor\'s degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field interior fit out knowledge is added value
