Job Details
- Tender Submission Preparation. - Attend site valuations, prepare, evaluate and submit progress claims, VO and final account to Client. - Collaborate with Client, Consultant, Suppliers and Sub-Contractors. - Sub contract support management: Assist to prepare LOA, Work Order, LOI, claims, payments, VOs, final account & etc. - Cost Analysis: To obtain quotations, compare and verification including technical specifications. - Verification of works: To verify works done and joint site valuation & measurement with contractor. - Establishment of cost elements / trades - Taking off & measurement and Prepare BQ - Responsible for any ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD Qualifications:- 1. Posses at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying 2. Must have good measurement, pricing and negotiation skills and Microsoft Office 3. Minimum 2-3 years of working experience 4. Willing to travel & communicate effe
