We are looking for a dedicated

Quantity Surveyor

to support operations in

Senai, Johor

.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our engineering and fabrication teams on a range of

structural steel projects

supporting industrial and infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions for structural steel projects Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors Track project costs, variations, and progress claims Coordinate with engineering, project, and procurement teams on commercial matters Prepare project final accounts and close-out documentation

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline

2-4 years' experience in structural steel or fabrication projects

Strong understanding of drawings, fabrication processes, and cost control

Proficient in MS Excel and quantity take-off software Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
