Responsible for all aspects of Pre and Post Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration
Assist in preparing quotations, pre-qualification documents and tender documents
Tender preparation and coordinating tender process until award
Evaluate progress claims and final accounts from contractor
Attend site and/or project meetings
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying
At least 5 years of working experiences in related field
Good contractual analysis skills in costing & pricing knowledge
Able to manage complex and large-scale project construction projects
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
