specializing in office interior and refurbishment projects, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Quantity Surveyor

to join our professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and tender submissions. Evaluate subcontractor quotations, progress claims, and variation orders. Prepare and manage project costing, budget tracking, and financial reports. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements. Coordinate with project and design teams to ensure timely and accurate cost control.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in construction or interior fit-out projects. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD; familiarity with measurement software is an added advantage. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver within deadlines.
