• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity take offs
• Scrutinizing Maintenance and Material costs, as well as Sub-Contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Liaising with Site Managers, Clients, Contractors, and Subcontractors.
• Preparing Reports, Cost and Analysis, Contracts, Budgets, Cash Flow Reports. Risk Assessment, and Other Documents.
• Advising Management on improvements and new strategies.
• Keeping track of Materials and ensure Accuracy during Procurement and Monitor Wastage
