Position: Internship - Quantity Surveyor
Location: B-01-16, 1st Floor, Suite Blok B2, Savanna Retail Lifestyle, Jalan Southville 2, Southville City, Dengkil, 43800 Selangor
Duration: 3-6 months
Start Date: 1st August 2025

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveying student to join our team as an intern. This is a valuable opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in cost estimation and tender preparation
- Conduct site measurements and prepare interim valuations
- Support contract administration and documentation
- Help with project cost tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic QS software/tools
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
