Job Description

Responsibilities :

-Assist in all basic Quantity Surveyor(s) task, valuation, measurement, taking-off,etc.
-Able to work with architects, external QS, contractors and project team.
-Assist in preparation of progress claim, sub-con claims,final accounts, etc.
-Other QS task in pre and post contract (training will be provided).

Requirements:
-Candidate possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
-Working experience as Quantity Surveyor 1-2years experience with contractor
-Applicants must be willing to based in Kajang / Semenyih and travel to project site(s) for site work purposes.
-Assist Senior QS/Contract Manager in all Quantity Surveying task.
-Full-Time position(s) available.
-Have own transport to travel to project site (when needed).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
