  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Project.
  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying (QS) or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Tanggungjawab
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  • Manage tendering processes, including bid evaluation and contract negotiation.
  • Administer contracts and handle variations, claims, and final accounts.
  • Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports and forecasts regularly.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
  • Certify contractor payment applications and perform interim valuations.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and contract laws.
