Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Manage tendering processes, including bid evaluation and contract negotiation.
Administer contracts and handle variations, claims, and final accounts.
Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports and forecasts regularly.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
Certify contractor payment applications and perform interim valuations.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess financial risks.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and contract laws.
