• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in cost estimation and quantity takeoff procedures.
• Familiarity with cost control techniques and budget management.
• Basic understanding of contract negotiation principles and value engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of contract law, contract analysis, and contract drafting.
• Ability to perform accurate measurements and procurement processes.Experience in ID, Renovation and Refurbishment Works is preferable
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, utilizing quantity takeoff and pricing data.
• Conduct quantity takeoff from construction drawings and specifications to determine material and labor requirements.
• Assist in cost control activities by tracking project expenditures, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions.
• Participate in contract negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Support value engineering initiatives by identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or functionality.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of construction contracts, ensuring compliance with contract law and company policies.
• Analyze contract documents to identify potential risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities.
• Perform accurate measurement of completed work to verify quantities and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Assist in budget management by monitoring project costs, forecasting future expenditures, and identifying potential cost overruns.
• Support the procurement process by preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving discrepancies.
• Assist in drafting contract documents, including subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
