Cost Estimation & Budgeting:

- Prepare cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and other expenses.- Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring costs remain within allocated limits.

Tendering & Contract Management:

- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities, and contracts.- Evaluate and negotiate tender submissions from contractors and suppliers.- Conduct site measurements and prepare valuation reports for work completed.- Ensure accurate assessment of quantities and costs for ongoing projects.- Identify and analyze project risks related to cost overruns or delays.- Propose solutions and strategies to mitigate financial risks.- Track expenses throughout the project lifecycle and ensure proper documentation.- Prepare regular cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and final accounts upon project completion.- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve any disputes or discrepancies.- Attend project meetings and provide updates on cost management and financial matters.- Ensure compliance with company policies, building regulations, and contractual obligations.- Maintain accurate records, including drawings, bills of quantities, and cost breakdowns.- Evaluate design proposals to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or standards.
