1. Responsible for pre and post contract management, construction cost, procurement, progress report, site valuation, interim payment, variation order, final accounts.
2. Responsible for tender costing, analysis and documentation and assist in negotiation with tenderers.
3. Responsible for taking off quantities and preparation of bills of quantities.
4. Prepare tender & contract documents.
5. Site measurement and re-measurement of Works.
6. Advise on dispute resolution between parties involved.
7. To report the work and project progress on weekly basis.
8. Attend technical and site meeting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
