Prepare cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for interior and civil works.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow.
Review contracts, invoices, and change orders.
Work with procurement and project teams to optimize costs.
Requirements:
Experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management at least 1 year.
Experience or knowledge in interior, structural, and MEP works is a strong advantage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
