Job Description

Responsibilities:

Updated knowledge on current material market price, specifically in pavement infrastructure industry. Prepare & follow up on claim procedure post construction / after project completion. Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimates for road construction projects. Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant data and measurements. Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify material requirements and labor costs. Prepare tender documents and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure cost control and adherence to financial targets. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize construction processes and identify opportunities for value engineering. Provide regular reports on cost performance, variance analysis, and forecasting to stakeholders. Experience with Pavement Condition Assessment services is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
