Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares a clear and effective Bills of Quantities for subcontractors and clients.
- Focused on ensuring delivery right in first time.
- Able to understand and meet client expectations in line with project scope.
- Feasibility studies of client requests or requirement.
- Ability to manage negotiations with Clients and Contractors.
- Solutions focused and process orientated.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or higher in Quantity Survey
- 1 or 2-year experience in Telecom project as CME QS.
- Ability to work with and communicate to subordinate, Client and Contractor.
- A good knowledge of MS Excel
- The ability to negotiate
