Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
Preferably experiences in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
At least min 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Tanggungjawab

Estimate the quantity and cost of materials
Prepare contracts and documents
Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials
Analyze cost for maintenance and additional building needs
Track changes in plans or constructions : update budgets
negotiate with subcontractor and client
Hire and document contractor and subcontractors
Act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers
Keep track of construction materials and inventory
Identify potential financial or construction risks
Preparation of Tender Documents comprising Preliminaries, Conditions of Contract and Elemental Schedule for pricing by the contractors
