Posses Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Diploma/Certificate in other related disciplines.
Self-motivated, hardworking and have the ability to meet deadlines.
Must posses a valid driving license and own transportation.
Good communication skill and good teamwork skills.

Tanggungjawab

Prepare, record and tabulate all quotations and proposals sent to clients.
Printing, copying and filing.
Perform site visits, work with managers in follow ups and potential projects.
Preparing Tenders, Letters, Quotations, Proposals, and Warranties etc.
Monitoring Licenses (CIDB, JKPP,MOF,PKK etc) and ensuring Licenses are renewed on time.
To assist Sales and Project managers in their claims, reports, and preparation of documents.
Related follow ups, administrative or coordination works'
Printing, Copying, Filing & assist in paperwork for any departments where required.
Perform other related functions as instructed or delegated by your immediate superior or assigned by the Management from time to time.
