Job Description

Reviewing Construction plans and preparing quantity requirements, Scrutinizing maintenances and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals. Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and manage subcontractors progress claim and others issues. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents such as Pre & Post administration works. Advising managers and clients on improvement new strategies. Keeping track of material ordering when required. Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets. Establishing and maintaining professional relationship with external and internal stakeholders. Travelling from the office to various sites as required. Measure and prepare the quotation for tender. Participation in company ISO is required. Manage and oversee all aspects of contract management, including contract administration, negotiation and enforcement. Prepare, review and update project budget regularly. Tender assignments such as sourcing for quotations, estimate project costs, bill of quantity and other related tasks. Liaise with site personnel and purchasing personnel regarding materials requirements in relation to projects and administration matters. Liaise with clients' representatives and / or consultants or local authorities as the case may be on matters pertaining to contracts and claims. Sourcing and selection of sub-contractors including sub-contractors' documentation. Involve all tender interview and process. Involve in pre and post contract management and administration work and process. Ensure all works carried out by sub-contractors are in accordance with the requirements of the main contracts and sub-contracts. Attend to sub-contractor claims, variations, and final accounts. Responsible for all contractual disputes including resolving all potential technical and contractual non-compliance issues in consultation with the relevant project team. Other duties deemed necessary for the effective functions of your responsibilities. Manage and oversee all aspects of contract management, including contract administration, negotiation, and enforcement. Handle contractual disputes and claims, utilizing expertise in arbitration, dispute resolution, and contractual matters. Provide guidance and support in the preparation of contractual letters and documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements. Conduct thorough reviews of contracts, identifying potential risks, and proposing risk mitigation strategies.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
